The new ground floor brings in a kitchen and dining area, keeps the existing living room, and adds a ground-floor bedroom with en-suite and a separate utility. Upstairs, we reworked the first floor to add a new bathroom and a dedicated laundry and storage area while keeping the existing bedrooms.
The extension projects 4 metres with a contemporary mono-pitched roof. We prepared the complete drawing package — existing and proposed floor plans, roof plans and elevations — taking the design through to a coordinated, submission-ready scheme.
